The transaction process begins with an initial exchange between the parties to get to know one another personally, build mutual trust, and lay the foundation for a respectful and successful collaboration. Once the key parameters have been discussed and agreed upon by the business partners, an offer can be submitted. If the parties involved agree to the offer, a letter of intent is signed, followed by the due diligence process. After successful due diligence, the contract can be finalized and the company can be integrated into the ai6 Solutions Group.
