The production area – as one of three business divisions of ai6 Solutions – has been dealing with the assembly and testing of mainly electro-mechanical assemblies and devices in the segment of active medical technology for more than 20 years.
In partnership with our network of suppliers and service providers, which has grown over decades, we manufacture highly complex medical technology devices for you in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485:2016 and, on request, also offer regularly recurring service at our service center in Dessau.
The Customer Care, Procurement, Production Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments provide comprehensive all-round order support without any further intervention on your part and ensure that your product is produced and delivered to you within the desired time, cost, and quality framework.

Supply Chain Management
The supply chain management team of seleon gmbh, consisting of specialists, bundles know-how from different departments and industries. It sees itself as a service provider both within its own company and for you as a customer.
We offer the complete material flow – from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the final product to our customers – as an all-in-one solution.

Parallel to the manufacturing process: Creation and continuation of detailed documentation describing the development as well as the testing and production process, which is necessary as a basis for quality management as well as certification measures.
Special Systems
At ai6 Solutions, no two orders are alike. Customized systems are therefore the standard in production. The seleon specialists are able to set up special systems at the Dessau production site. These prototypes provide you, the customer, with a sound decision-making basis for further production.
Manufacturing and testing equipment
The PRODUCTION division of seleon gmbh is not only responsible for the manufacture of medical-technical devices, but is also able to provide the necessary manufacturing and testing equipment in-house.
So before production begins, the manufacturing equipment, such as tools and fixtures, that are indispensable for the manufacturing process are manufactured or procured.
To the same extent, suitable testing equipment is required to monitor the entire production process and ensure quality management. Measuring devices, scales and various gauges are available at seleon or can be customized.
Accordingly, ai6 Solutions has the expertise to handle the entire production process of a medical-technical device on a customer-specific basis and to ensure the quality of the product.
Quality Management
The complex manufacturing process of a medical product must be accompanied by diverse documentation from the idea to the start of production. In this way, seleon’s experts ensure that there is complete traceability.
