We provide ISO 13485-compliant manufacturing, assembly and testing – from sophisticated individual products and prototypes to small and medium-volume series production.
Our capabilities cover the entire manufacturing process, including design transfer, industrialization, supply chain and supplier management, procurement, assembly, programming, testing, quality assurance, traceability and logistics. Flexible production structures allow us to adapt efficiently to different products, technologies and batch sizes.
By closely integrating engineering, industrialization and production, ai6 provides more than contract manufacturing. Supply Chain Management
The supply chain management team of ai6 Solutions gmbh, consisting of specialists, bundles know-how from different departments and industries. It sees itself as a service provider both within its own company and for you as a customer.
We offer the entire material flow – from the procurement of raw materials right through to the delivery of the final product or components, which have been fully tested and packaged to the customer’s specifications, to our customers – as an all-in-one solution.

Parallel to the manufacturing process: Creation and continuation of detailed documentation describing the development as well as the testing and production process, which is necessary as a basis for quality management as well as certification measures.
Special Systems
At ai6 Solutions, no two orders are alike. Customized systems are therefore the standard in production. The ai6 Solutions specialists are able to set up special systems at our production sites in Dessau and Schwabach. These prototypes provide you, the customer, with a sound decision-making basis for further production.
Manufacturing and testing equipment
The PRODUCTION division of ai6 Solutions gmbh is not only responsible for the manufacture of medical-technical devices, but is also able to provide the necessary manufacturing and testing equipment in-house.
So before production begins, the manufacturing equipment, such as tools and fixtures, that are indispensable for the manufacturing process are manufactured or procured.
To the same extent, suitable testing equipment is required to monitor the entire production process and ensure quality management. Measuring devices, scales and various gauges are available at ai6 Solutions or can be customized.
Accordingly, ai6 Solutions has the expertise to handle the entire production process of a medical-technical device on a customer-specific basis and to ensure the quality of the product.
Quality Management
The complex manufacturing process of a medical product must be accompanied by diverse documentation from the idea to the start of production. In this way, ai6 Solutions’ experts ensure that there is complete traceability.
