I really enjoy working as a Senior Consultant because it is a wonderfully varied job and you come into contact with lots of nice people. Every project presents new challenges and issues that I can tackle together with my clients, supported by a wonderful team to which everyone contributes their knowledge, skills and, last but not least, a great deal of commitment. In addition, there is a high degree of flexibility in the scheduling and organisation of the work that arises – a basic requirement for balancing family and career.

My lateral entry into HR at seleon was a real opportunity for me – in an area that is both personally and professionally exciting. Even without a traditional HR background, I was welcomed here with open arms. At seleon, it’s not just where you come from that counts, but more importantly, where you want to go. Working in the HR team is very diverse and fun – exactly the right fit for me.

As Office Manager, I’m the central point of contact for all organizational matters—and that makes my daily work incredibly diverse. From coordinating appointments and meetings to onboarding new colleagues and supporting various teams: no two days are the same. I particularly appreciate the trust placed in me and the autonomy I can take. Teamwork is very important here, and I feel not just like a colleague, but an important part of the company.
